I'M A FRICKIN' SENIOR NOW.
Frick.
Naturally, the underclassmen awards ceremony/convo was today, you know, since it was the last day of school and all... (We got to have lunch outside!) I got the German award for having an A each tri, and I got an Art Excellence award. Oh, and I got a letter for academic excellence!
I hate the end of school. I'm never ready for it. So many loose ends to tie up...
So my schedule for next year looks like this:
AP Calculus (3 trimesters)
ACP Chemistry (3 trimesters)
ACP Composition (2 trimesters)
Drawing III (1 trimester)
Computer Graphics I (1 trimester)
Advanced Creative Writing (1 trimester)
Government (1 trimester)
Applied Economics (1 trimester)
Sociology (1 trimester)
Psychology (1 trimester)
A few comments on it:
1. Mr. Brown is retiring after this year, so I won't get to have him for Gov. All the juniors are so mad at that.
2. Babbitt won't be teaching Psych next year! Mr. Brown's replacement will be, and word is (because from what I've heard, it's not set in stone yet) that person will be Mr. Bain. He was my 6th grade social studies teacher. That'll be a little weird.
3. Calculus, ACP Chem, and Comp! Frick!
4. I am NOT taking 4th year German. It's not that I don't like the new German teacher. I just don't like the way she teaches. In fact, I think only two or three people are taking 4th year German next year. Ouch.
5. Since I'm not taking German, I had room for Drawing and Comp. Graphics. Drawing's an easy class, but the homework takes a while since we have to have to do a drawing each week, plus the projects. I'm looking forward to it anyway.
6. As of right now, there are over 20 people signed up for ACP Chem. That's a heck of a lot for that class, and yeah, some of them will drop out of it, but still! At the beginning of this past year, there were only 11. By third tri, that went down to 8.
7. There will be 20-some people in Calculus, too. Ugh.
8. I'll be having Mac twice (App. Econ and Soc.). Looking forward to that. Especially App. Econ. We'll be playing a lot of Monopoly.
Thanks for letting me bore you.
To all the graduates out there, congrats!
Holy crap, that'll be me next year.

Mans evolution consists in the process of changing to forms that are not of this world. Grows he in time to the formless to live on a higher plane. Know that you must become formless before you can be one with the Light.
